SHOPPING AT DUO
The items available online are subject to change as some of the merchandise that appears on the website may be out of stock. If this is the case, a credit note will be applied to your account.
We will do our best to update the website with new and exciting merchandise as often as possible to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

SHIPPING DETAILS
Free Shipping for Canada and USA.
Shipping is standard next day before 5pm.
Shipping is done through UPS and exclusively UPS.

REGISTRATION
In order to complete a transaction at Duo’s online store, you need to fill out a reguistration form so we can keep you updated on the status of your order.

PASSWORD FORGOTTEN?
Simply click on the “forgot password” link, and a new one will be sent directly to your email. For you, we recommend that you change your password from the temporary one that will have been sent to your email address.

CHECKOUT
You will be asked to log onto your account once you checkout. Until you, the customer checks out, changes can still be made to your order.

PAYMENTS
Duo accepts payments by VISA, Mastercard and American Express, exclusively through PayPal.
Once the order is received, Duo carries out a standard pre-authorization check on the card used to make the payment, to ensure that the card has sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Once your order is complete and ready to go, then the pre-authorization check is completed. If for instance the billing or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect, it is our duty to contact you and inform you before the order is shipped.

PRICE PROTECTION
If you find an item promoted on our website advertised at another price at another location, we will match the price if you provide us with:
-the location, phone number, email address or website of the store
You also need to ensure that:
-the item is the same size, colour, style
-the item is found in the same currency

MANAGING YOUR ORDER
You are entitled to cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Once it is shipped, the order is your responsibility and no changes or cancellations can be made.
You will be informed when the order is shipped and can view your order status on the Duo website.

***SALES TAX
All items purchased at Duo, regardless of where they are shipped, are subject to the sales tax applicable in Quebec, Canada (GST 5%, QST 8.5%).

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for duty or brokerage fees, or any delays due to customs.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Before the item(s) you have ordered are shipped, they undergo a damage control test that assures us that the merchandise sent is in perfect shape.

EXCHANGES
Duo will not refund you if you are not satisfied with what you have ordered.
Duo only accepts returns, and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of when you receive your goods. You will either be able to exchange your item for something else in the store, or obtain a credit note for the item sent back. The credit note will be good for one (1) year. After that time period, it will be deleted from your account.
There are no exchanges or credit notes to be made on: perfumes, bathing suits, undergarments, hats, sunglasses, jewelry and watches.
Once you have alerted us to the fact that you wish to obtain a credit note or exchange an item, we will provide you with an authorization number that must clearly be written on the outside of the package.
The item you are sending back needs to have the tag, cannot have been worn and needs to be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit the item, if the item is not returned with these conditions.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the merchandise you are returning, and the credit note will only include the price of the object, not the shipping.
The goods you ship back need to arrive between 3-5 business days. This gives you a total of 15 days to decide to return your goods, and have them arrive to us. Anything that arrives after that 15 day period will not be accepted and you will be unable to claim your credit note or exchange an item.

WATCHES
Watches have a one year to two year warranty with the manufacturer. If a problem arises with your watch, the watch must be sent directly to the manufacturer and not to Duo. We will provide you with the manufacturer information if asked.

UNITED STATES
Returns from the U.S. must be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Any return that does not use the United States Postal Service will be refused.

INTERNATIONAL
Returns from outside of Canada or the United States will not be accepted, unless you are willing to pay the brokerage and duty fees.

We may use your contact information to let you know about new arrivals, upcoming events or promotions. If you do not wish to be contacted, you may remove yourself from our list.
Your personal information and credit card information is protected.
